I joined Glassdoor as they were looking to solidify a brand identity emphasizing trust, inclusion and stability.
Phase 01 of the project involved bringing more humanity and interest to a straightforward illustration style across product and marketing. The impact of the new illustrations were significant enough to validate a larger brand exploration.
In Phase 02 I worked closely with the brand design team on a new illustration ID focusing more on humanity, individuality & modernity. We focused explorations on a new and expressive character style.
