Outside Lands

In 2008 when I went to the first Outside Lands festival I remember thinking, “How do you get a job doing all the art for this? Why can’t I do this?” 

My equal parts hope, arrogance & naivete is still astonishing.

And yet somehow I have had the absolute pleasure to lead the Visual Brand Design for San Francisco’s largest festival for 5 years now as one-half of AndThemDesign.

Each year the brand system evolves, while staying true to the electric festival atmosphere and San Francisco’s rich musical history.
